February 13 - 15th: History Anew participated in a Workshop Weekend hosted by the Vikings Canada group Odin's Ravens. Together, Paul and Cherise presented two Viking related workshops to those who attended: Medieval Scandinavian Firelighting and Medieval Scandinavian Spruce - Root Coil Basketry. An album of this event will soon be posted.

June 27th: History Anew presented one hours worth of interesting facts on the subject of The World of the Unknown in Medieval Scandinavia at the Riverbend branch of the Edmonton Public Library. It was an all ages show. Please click on the picture to the right to see the album of this event.
