Antler Knives

Traditional Scandinavian Style Knives

After purchasing a Puukko knife in Finland during the spring of 2001, Paul developed a strong desire to create traditional Scandinavian style knives for his own use. Once he had spent time familiarizing himself with the skills required for traditional Northern European knifecraft, as well as the incredible number of talented knife makers around the world, Paul decided to pursue the methods of Swedish antlerknife maker, Ulf Avander

About Paul's Knives:

Paul's designs are simple, attractive, and are built with strenuous use in mind (Paul uses his own knives for a variety of bushcraft activities). All of the knives he creates are made using traditional methods and tools. For more information regarding his designs and methods e-mail Paul directly at paul.elliott@historyanew.com

By keeping his designs basic, Paul can produce an excellent quality product for a low price. He uses Frosts Swedish Blades or Lauri Blades (made in Finland) for all of his knives (unless a different blade is specified).
